Hello Mark! Huge fan, been watching since the sludge videos in your kitchen. I start a psmf, on day 7. Seeing some great results so far, eating loads of spinach egg whites, boiled chicken and salad greens, basic tomato salsa to spice it up. I too am on trt, 200mg a week, 1/2mg anastrozole and 100mcg thyroid daily. Been on this TRT protocol for nearly 10 years, im 42 btw. Do you suggest weekly carb refeeds? Im depleted, training intensity is dying down.

ive tried this and it worked for me. What i will say is be careful with cauliflower rice, it can give you so much gas and bloating

i have a beach trip in a couple of weeks i might try this... so basically chicken breast is the only meat of choice right? Breakfast lunch and dinner or would you intermit fast until lunch ?

Why don't you take a break on everything else and specialize on arms for like 2-3 months Marc. Doesen't mean you completely cut everything out but just maintenance and hit arms like 3 times a week for 3 weeks, week 4 deload, and then do it again. I noticed my arms catching up when I prioritized them ahead of everything else. Bodybuilding it is essential to have a certain proportion to really achieve the imposing "big-armed man" look.

This is totally bullshit advice for the part about only two weeks, the reality is The vast majority have way more Fat to lose and it will not get it even close to not only desired lose of but the truest state of fat loss and this is where people fail to yoyo syndrome. They looked good for a very short interim but Quickly start to look fat again Because they are. My advice do it safely be real and focused on what your doing and going for but do it highly likely more than you would think to truly become fat aware and at an actual fat lessening.
