Some people might wonder why we collect all this old "junk". But then they are surprised at what we make from it. The biggest problem is how to store the "junk" in such a way that it's categorized and easily accessible so that we know what we have and where it is.

Hi Tony. The table should really be helpful when you start using the bead roller. I've seen some other KZitemrs where it looks like they struggle to keep the piece flat when rolling a bead. Having it fold down keeps everything compact too!

The junk pile provides once again. You're really jazzing up this cheapo brad roller a treat Fitzee. I like a machine polished look on stainless steel overlapping circles not straight grain. You see it on aircraft cockpits and race cars. You can do it with a 2inch rollock 3m red scotbrite disc in the pillar drill. Just mark out your lines and do your step overs 3/4s up and half over in the side to side. Breaks up the surface and make it look real slick. Top job as always 👍

Fitzee I think you did yourself a disservice by saying your bead roller will look factory. There isn't a factory in the world that would build one as good as yours! And all of a sudden people are bored with this? I learn something every week because it's all metal work. Just keep doing what you do best!
It turned out great. It definitely takes a lot of patience. Job well done . I am Highly impressed and the tips were good. Happy Holidays

I look at everthing like how it could be something else ! Leaving the table top big gives you an alternative work top space too instead of setting stuff on the floor. Now that you have a table you can slot it so you can fab a boltable depth gauge made from a small flat bar on edge with 2 studs welded to it that protrude through the table with a couple butterfly nuts to lock it in the depth you desire. Attach an old tape measure on each side to adjust depth .The speed controller and motor looks like this should be a great controller for your amazing creation Fitzie!

I love the table. I haven't done mine yet because I never liked many I've seen or ones I could come up with, but now I have a use for those old bbq doors I've been saving. One thing before you paint is you should weld a thicker flat price if metal underneath in the small section "in line with the shafts". This way you beable to drill holes inline at 1/4" or 1/2" increments so you can do radius.

Really nice job there Fitzee on the table and frame, as a suggestion for the guide rail you could use those push bike quick release axles or seat pole clamps, I modded my wet tile cutter to use one. Also would a lift strut be an idea to make lifting the table ? Great work, always entertaining

I really appreciate this series of videos, it's a perfect design for any beadroller but I need to know what kind of drill bits you have to drill into the stainless, I've got a table that I used a piece of for a new dashboard in my 47 and I had to use the plasma cutter for the guage and switch holes, it burns up every drill bit I tried,, nice work as always Tony, I need to do it myself

@rexhapgood5000

I have read stainless steel work hardens if the bit stops cutting. Lots of pressure and slow speed might be the ticket with stainless. Once it hardens I don't know what would cut into the metal that would allow you to finish the hole.
