The finished product looks amazing. Looking forward to the use on future projects. All those sills I seen you recreate could have used a tool like that.

When this project was first introduced, I thought to myself, how exciting can a bead roller possibly get. Boy am I ashamed for ever having doubted good ol' Tony, I should've known better by now. I ended up enjoying every second of this series, and as always amazing results. You come up with such brilliant solutions and such simple ways to solve seemingly complicated tasks. Absolutely brilliant.

Hey Tony, Great project. Looks like it wants a "scissors brace"...an "X" shaped pair of conduit legs pinned in the middle and clipped to the outer end of the table. Should keep it from moving. Two 1/4" bolts and wingnuts should make for a quick setup/teardown.

Fitzee, Fantastic! I bet the floor pans for the Toyota are the first project with the bead roller. Ought to turn out really nice. Great looking bead roller. Yours is the first one I have seen with a table. That is a great idea. Jerry Kirkpatrick has made rollers from large, wide washers. I believe he posted that video about 3 years ago if you want to see what how he did that.

She's MINT! My friend, any time you feel like building another one of those, I'll quite happily be the recipient! Love the way it works and makes a sometimes frustrating task so much easier. Also love how it's modular and easily packed down, with everything having a place to be stored. As you are so fond of saying, "There's no need to overthink it. Quite often it's the simplest solution that works best".....and that beasty certainly does that. I also like the finished product colour - sort-of industrial, but in a meaningful way that actually showcases the unit itself. People go for black or red or something bright, but that colour just does the all the tricks with no fanfare. Just what the doctor ordered, I reckon. I can see the benefit of every modification you have made and its all been done with scrap metal and simple tools, so when I eventually do enough bead to justify the purchase of a roller, I'll be re-watching these videos, that's for sure. A great piece of work that will see a fair few hours on it in the future, I'm picking. I'll look forward to seeing it more in action then. All the best, Fitzee!

Fantastic work Fitzee..i do have one suggestion though. I think the guide needs to be adjusted so theres no gap between it and the table. Otherwise the sheet metal could slip under it. I love the green colour. Reminds me of my dads green land rover.

Looks like a million bucks! Last week there were a couple of comments that this wasn't car stuff. I think this is as much car stuff as patching a panel, and anyone working on cars needs to make/modify tools, accessories. I am glad you took the time to finish it. My projects seem to only get to be functional and they are done. Made a box for a special tool, finished it and the next thing it was in the living room😊
