With the Yough super high, and Kitzmiller super low, we ended up linking up with Nori and some other local paddlers for our first time down Bear Creek. Water level wasn't high or anything (around 450 cfs) but it was still a ton of fun! Felt sort of like a slightly easier, and less continuous Savage River run. At higher water levels, I'm certain that would change very quickly, as I've heard some paddlers consider it class V if the river is above 1000 cfs... Happy to have gotten 2 laps that day, and thanks a bunch for showing us down Nori!
