This mango pudding is delicious, soft and not watery

mango layer ingredients:
1½ packets (10.5g) plain agar agar
1 pack (15g) jelly powder (mango flavor)
600g mango flesh
50g granulated sugar
80g sweetened condensed milk
1 liter full cream milk (625ml full cream milk, I added the rest with water)
clear layer material:
1 pack (7g) plain agar agar
100g granulated sugar
600ml water
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
milk layer ingredients:
½ bks plain agar agar
50g granulated sugar
325ml full cream milk

How to make :
1. First make mango pudding, take 400ml cooked, pour into a round mold, cool
2. Cook clear pudding, set aside
cook milk pudding, set aside
Cook the mango pudding, add the remaining round pudding, set aside
3. Pour the clear pudding and round pudding into the mold alternately
4. pour the milk pudding
5. Pour in the mango pudding, let it cool & set
6. I didn't heat the clear pudding and milk, it was still liquid,
I heated the mango pudding because it was already thick
7. I used sweet fragrant mango pudding, I used Indramayu mango for rose decoration
