KC 9 is $28 here, KC 12 is $47. 12 all day, shelves always full.

Not allocated in Washington State......at the moment.

I think allocation might be regional. Don’t know that for a fact though.

these bottles are going for minimum 47 USD (after conversion) in EU, and its near enough impossible to find Single Barrel & 12 year, online you can get those for around 180-200 USD ... sadly compare it to US MSRP clearly rip off Need to get that flight ticket to Louisville and get a bunch of it and do some sight seeing, there is no other way :D

First, thank you for watching from the EU. That’s incredible!! Knob 12 is available in neighboring states more than it is where I am but I’m lucky enough to have a few bottles. I haven’t attempted to find the Single Barrel yet. That’s one I would certainly like to try.

Literally just a couple of minutes before I came to this video I poured a glass of this juice. I didn't plan it - that was the next bottle in the rotation. 🙂 1:41 I don't like wax seals at all, but the Knob Creek wax is the worst. 2:37 Oh no! I do *not* want Knob Creek to become allocated. It's my second favorite bourbon. 8:49 It does drink like it's 90 or 95 proof. 9:43 I've not had Baker's, but Basil Hayden to me is just Beam white in a fancy bottle. 10:38 👍 The further I get into this bottle the more honey and brown sugar I get. And it is a really nice, viscous whisky. 🙂 12:28 Have you had a single barrel? I'm nursing the Kelly Liquors store pick I have - absolutely *delicious* bourbon, 120 proof, and only $56... and worth more. 17:03 At only 100 proof I've not tried water in this stuff. I did put a few drops into the single barrel, and it opened up nicely, but I prefer the more intense flavors I get when I drink it straight. But then my favorite whiskey is Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon, and that stuff is *intense* . 20:26 The cork on is very tight. In fact it's a replacement cork - the one that came with the bottle was so tight that the cork was beginning to come loose from the cap. I like the idea of reducing evaporation, but I want to be able to open the thing too.

It's allocated where I am, but it might not be where you are. Local store finally got some back in after almost two weeks off the shelf. I do own one single barrel, but I haven't opened it up yet.

@@beautifulbourbon Hopefully it'll become easily available again. I was able to pick up a fifth of Old Grand-Dad 114 today, after it'd been out of stock for almost a year. I've not tried it yet - I'll do that tonight - but I like the bonded and expect I'll enjoy the higher proof version. Hopefully its reappearance means it'll be available again.

That Old Grand Dad 114 is underrated, as is the Bonded. Both are great pours, especially for the price.

@@beautifulbourbon I've been through a couple of bottles of the bonded now, and it is good. I've been looking for the 114 for *months* and finally found it; thus far I've had just a couple of glasses, but I really like it. I reviewed it on Distiller the other day. 🙂
