In this video, I make a nice inlaid butterfly catch-all tray with maple and purple heart scrap wood I had laying around in the garage. This is an intricate design, if only because it is fairly small (Around 6" x 4").
The inlay depth is 6mm, and the bottom of the tray has a profile cut.
