That's a really nice looking knife! I actually love it! Great job sharing it with us. Good job buddy! The name doesn't bother me!

Thank you! I was being a bit silly about the name thing.

What's wrong with Mountain Beaver? You never explained your objection to the name.

The name just sounds silly and has no connection whatsoever to what the knife is or looks like. It is too handsome of a knife to not have a name that reflects it's classy looks. That just seemed obvious to me.

@@workbenchknifeandtool It IS a very handsome knife, but perhaps the beaver reference it's about how it chews through wood. I like it better than some of the names they come up with for other knives that reference "tactical ops" that only a fraction of a percent of the users will actually do. Assassin. I got that Gerber Stowe which references....a town in Vermont? So far I've only used it for food prep and specifically dicing garlic. I call it The Mincer, and then make myself laugh everytime i say it. Hey tommy, can you go in my pack and hand me....The Mincer. The what...?

Good looking knife! With the light and dark handle color it looks kind of like a beavers body and tail. Maybe that's the reason for the name? Thanks for sharing!
