My childhood experiences were what made me who I became..petrified what others thought of me ! So I justified myself constantly! This stems from my late father mainly, my mother wasn’t as bad, but she lived with my father until he passed for 58 years …he was judgmental and so was she .That’s crippling if done about futile things but sometimes a bit necessary to teach morels and self worth. I’m 61 years old now and have only just learned that respectfully it’s ok to say NO , I’m not tolerating that shit anymore . I do feel more liberated and happier now I’ve fucked those belittling patronising narcs out of my life …because- I don’t give a shit what those types think anymore. I’m proud of ME and what I’ve achieved 😇

He was tempted with meat and eggs ,, and then even that I cooked for him all vegan, he blamed me for his diet. I wasn't with him for his food choices,,but for what person I thought he was. Well all changed ,when I wants doing what he wanted me to do.

I really like what you’ve said about your dietary choices. Ive felt incredibly judged in the past and pressured to be vegan from friends who think it’s “unspiritual” or “low vibe” to eat animals. I’ve got a chronic health condition called hashimotos and have been predominantly plant based for several years - however I’ve developed a terrible chronic skin condition that’s autoimmune in nature and it’s become worse so I’ve made the decision to eat meat more regularly as well as things like yoghurt and kefir as I know how healing it can be for autoimmune disease. I think it’s completely fine for people to be vegan or vegetarian, but for me personally and for my health needs, I need to explore what is best and right for my body. If I’m not functioning at my optimal best, then I can’t give my best to my own life as well as to the world. I can no longer afford to suffer through this without at least trying a different way. And it’s been a difficult choice for me because I love animals and I’ve resisted this for ages, yet my health deteriorates. I’m a highly sensitive empath so I don’t take these choices lightly and I feel everything deeply. Anyway, love you videos and love how you’ve expressed yourself in this one in particular. It really struck a chord in me about fearing peoples opinions of how I choose to live and what I need to do to feel better 🙏🏻💖

1 Corinthians 4:3-5 New International Version 3 I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. 4 My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. 5 Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.

Thank you for sharing your dietary journey. Every body is different. Some healthy foods may be harmful to others. Sometimes I feel like these things should kept privately. It’s so stupid to think you can’t be friends with someone based upon what they eat. I’m open to dating someone who is vegan but I feel like they would not be open to me. But just because I eat doesn’t mean that I don’t value animals. I tried it as well and it didn’t work out for me neither.
