Brent must take great comfort in knowing that you can do so much when he isn’t around. With all of that manure spreading I think you would make a great politician (lol). I hope you don’t fall down in that pit the next you go skating. 😊 I hope both your family and Brent’s family have a great Thanksgiving and thanks again for another awesome video. As usual another great video. When I was a on the farm, we used pitchforks and shovels to load our manure spreader. Ours was a rear spreader and it was hard work. No pits to place manure in. Just piled it outside the barn. Things were different back in the 40's and 50's. If i were in your area I would bring you a coffee. But I am in Pa. so I will have to forgo that option. Hae a blessed day and God Bless.

1. Early Start: Farm work often starts early, especially during planting and harvesting seasons. The loader operator may need to arrive at the farm early in the morning. 2. Equipment Check: Before starting any work, the loader operator will typically conduct a thorough check of the loader to ensure that it's in good working condition. This includes checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and inspecting for any visible issues. 3. Task Assignment: The operator may receive instructions from the farm manager or supervisor about specific tasks for the day. This could include loading and unloading materials, transporting goods around the farm, or assisting with various agricultural activities. 4. Loading and Unloading: One of the primary tasks is operating the loader to load and unload materials. This could involve handling feed for livestock, moving hay bales, transporting harvested crops, or loading equipment onto trailers. 5. Precision Work: Depending on the loader's capabilities, the operator may need to perform precision work, such as carefully stacking bales or placing materials in specific locations. 6. Safety Measures: Loader operators need to adhere to strict safety protocols. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, following safety guidelines when handling materials, and ensuring the loader is operated safely. 7. Maintenance Breaks: Throughout the day, there may be scheduled maintenance breaks to check and lubricate moving parts, clean filters, and address any issues that may arise during operation. 8. Communication: Effective communication is crucial. Loader operators often need to coordinate with other farm workers, truck drivers, or equipment operators to ensure a smooth workflow. 9. Varied Tasks: Depending on the season and the farm's activities, the loader operator may be involved in a variety of tasks. For example, during planting season, they might assist with moving seed and fertilizer, while during harvest, their focus could shift to transporting crops. 10. End of Day Check: Before wrapping up for the day, the operator will conduct a final check of the loader, ensuring it's properly stored, and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel. 11. Record Keeping: Some operators may be responsible for keeping records of the materials they've handled, the hours of operation, and any incidents or issues that occurred during the day. Keep in mind that the specifics can vary based on the type of farm, the equipment used, and the tasks required. Additionally, weather conditions and seasonal demands can significantly impact the day-to-day activities on a farm.😁

Hi Taylor. You are sounding like a real farmer. You keep forgetting your gloves, leave them on the International. Good way to learn to operate loader is when no one is around, no pressure. Interesting to see you don't have to work the manure into the ground after spreading. In Ontario you have 48 hours to work the ground or be fined.
