They all had their own wonderful individual personalities . Yet together they were one. I have watched many of the interviews the brothers have given, and the one constant that comes through in all the interviews is the respect and deep love they have for each other and their family.❣

This is a wonderful interview of all 3 of the bros. Robin has such an inviting smile, Mo with his man in the middle attitude & easy going ways, & then Barry with his older brother, looking after everyone & being honest about everything & everyone...What a beautiful family unit. Thank you for posting the all 3 parts of this interview. It is wonderful!!

@TWariner Well, I'm the youngest of 4 and the notion my oldest sister can have any expectation I will "fall in line" at her say so is ludicrous. We respect each other as adults with our own viewpoints and I would find it quite annoying if it were any other way. I'm not bitter, I just think Barry Gibb is a bit of a git.

WOW! The story about how Maurice and Robert can actually experience each other's thoughts, ideas without even realizing it initially, and how Maurice actually had bruises on his body not even knowing that Robin had an accident and suffered the pain and the exact bruises in the exact places...except Maurice's bruises were pain free...how he wakes up with an idea and knows that the phone will ring and it'll be Robin with the same thoughts. As I understand both Robin and Maurice were mentally and physically fit to take care of themselves by the time they were in there 40s. I think if your older brother was trying to take care of you at that age it would be as annoying as hell. They had all three had practically the same life experiences and Barry most likely had no insights or advice the twins could not have made themselves. I can't imagine he had any desire to take care of them either. Siblings will have each other's backs but birth order is irrelevant once everyone has reached adulthood.

Great interview. That was very strange when Mo said he got bruises the same place Robin did from his bicycle accident but Mo was in the bathtub. Are they so connected that bruises just suddenly appeared when one gets them and the other one does too? There must be something to the Twins thing. Almost creepy. No wonder they both had the same health issue with their intestines. Sounds like Mo and Robin were very close and that they were best friends. No wonder Robin took Mo's death so hard and his health slowly deteriorated after Mo died. How sad.

Barry was not the dominant writer and every credit Robin and Maurice got, they earned. Robin explained their process in this very video. It had nothing to do with Barry's generosity. Not that he doesn't deserve credit himself; he was an amazing talent but not the only one in the band. A better example of his generosity might be how he pushed Robin out of anything but an occasional lead while he took the lions share himself. I get irritated when I hear him talk about Robin's amazing voice now that he's dead when he didn't want to hear it while he was alive.

@Niels Ohlsen He looks extremely unhappy. Had he heard what his brothers said? Mo wrote more than he was given credit for. His biggest contribution was being a multi instrumentalist and he mastered the keyboard so yes, he wrote the chords. He also mixed the sound and created a unique sound for the group. He put country into rock and roll. I think that's why Bee Gees music has it's own genre. No band had or ever will sound anything like them. This interview is very revealing. It's a snapshot of the family dynamics behind the group. Barry said Mo had a dominant side to his personality and he had to put up with that. How? Mo had 2 brothers with enormous egos. How could he compete with that? Then Robin said he and Barry were the driving force. What was Mo? Chopped liver? Out of the three brothers, Mo didn't have a bad word to say about either of his brothers. He talks about brotherly love, he was such a gentle soul. This just strengthens my adoration for Mo.
