Glad you got to this one! Great live performance of a great song. (Yeah, sometimes it's hard to get the SNL song out my mind.) The Bee Gees had 9 #1 songs in the US, including 6 in a row, which tied The Beatles' record. Robin did the most solo work, followed by Barry, then Maurice. Sorry, though, they had a lot of dental work done. There's a video of their first tv performance in 1960 when they were still kids, and you can see how bad their teeth were! ("Talkin' it up....." Damn!)

Here are a few suggestions that have decent video that you might not have heard: "For Whom The Bell Tolls", "Kiss of Life", "She Keeps on Coming", "Man in the Middle", "To Love Somebody", "Massachusettes", "And the Sun Will Shine", "Lemons Never Forget", "End of my Song" (video is just a compilation, but it's a great song), "Indian Gin and Whiskey Dry", "Tomorrow Tomorrow", "The Lord", "Road to Alaska" (Soundstage version), "Saw a New Morning", "Mr. Natural" (very underated song, imo), "Wind of Change" (Spirits tour version), "Living Eyes", "You Win Again", "One", "Ordinary Lives", "Juliet" (this is a Robin song but they performed it as a group live), "Immortality" (ft. Celine Dion), "When He's Gone", "Blue Island" (MTV performance), "Alone", "I Surrender", "Will You Still Love Me Tomorow (Carole King tribute), "This Is Where I Came In". Then you can go into Barry's last solo album for a couple more... "Home Truth Song", "Grand Illusion", "In the Now". You could also throw in the "Guilty" duet for kicks, or maybe their tribute to Andy with "Don't Throw It All Away" (if that doesn't get to you then you're not human). There should be at least a few in there you've not heard. I'll follow any reactor who travels down the Bee Gees rabbit hole!! I will be curious if your appreciation for thier music deepens after you listen to a few of these. They were incredibly talented and diverse. They are missed.

I don't hear the parady. I hear talent, pure, genius talent. I know you're just having fun with the image/teeth thing, but I never really understood much of the common digs about them like the teeth, hair, hairy chest, and cloths; these were all common things of the time. I guess it's just what happens when you hit it big.

The point of a reaction channel is to react to songs you've never heard before.

It's also to react performances you haven't seen before, which this is. That's what the green label is for.

I wonder how it is possible to react seriously to a song while talking ALL THE TIME while performing that song and also making mentions of superficial aspects such as the teeth of one of the singers and their external appearance. Usually when you don't have the necessary capacity to admire the depth of vocal harmonies, a beautiful melody, good arrangements, a good interpretation, the last resort is to focus on banalities such as hair, costumes or teeth.
