For the Meat Sauce:
400 gr of Beef Tenderloin
1 Pork or Beef Sausage
1 Medium Onion
1 Garlic Clove
3 medium size tomatoes (or whole canned tomatoes)
1 Tsp of Tomato Paste
1 Cup of beef broth
Parsley, Thyme and 2 Bay leaves
Salt and Pepper
For the Dough:
200 gr of All-purpose flour
2 Eggs
1 Tsp of Olive Oil
For the Filling:
150 gr of any Beef cut for Stew
150 gr of Pork shoulder or Tenderloin
300 gr of Spinach
1/2 an Onion
1 Garlic Clove
