Beef Black Pepper Recipe - Restaurant style
ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of ground beef (tender meat)
- 1 green paprika
- 1 red bell pepper
(If there are no red and green peppers, you can replace them with 3 large green chilies and 3 large red chilies each).
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 teaspoons of coarse black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil for sauteing
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon beef broth
- a little water (optional) to tenderize the meat
- 1 teaspoon sugar
*How to make :
Thinly slice the meat. We slice the peppers and onions. Chop the garlic. Then we saute 3 teaspoons of garlic and black pepper. Once fragrant, enter the meat, and stir.
Add the oyster sauce seasoning, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, margarine, sugar, and beef broth, we mix everything well. Bring to a boil until the meat is tender. When it's soft, add the remaining 1 teaspoon of black pepper that we used, then stir again. We taste the taste, when it fits into the peppers and onions, stir again until evenly distributed. After that, turn off the fire and we lift it. Enjoy.
