It's a magical day in the Dad Dinner kitchen! Our guest today is David Kwong- a magician, cruciverbalist, author and new(ish) dad!! David teaches Ryan his dad's go-to dinner- Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry- and shows us a couple of easy time-saving hacks along the way.

RECIPE: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Frozen Marinated Meal, like Trader Joe's Beef Bulgogi
Trader Joe's Frozen Rice
Broccoli
Ginger
Garlic
Green Onions
Canola Oil
Directions:
Chop the broccoli into florets, then slice the broccoli stems into flat slices. Heat some canola oil in a wok or sauté pan and add the broccoli. Stir to coat the broccoli in oil, then add some water and cover to steam for about three minutes.
Meanwhile, mince the garlic and ginger. Peel the ginger using the edge of a spoon! Transfer broccoli from the wok into a bowl and set aside. Unwrap the frozen marinated meat and add to the wok with a little more canola oil. Saute to cook, adding the garlic and ginger.
Chop the green onions in large pieces. Once meat is cooked, add the broccoli and green onions back in the wok and stir to coat all the veggies with sauce, cooking for a few more minutes.
Microwave your frozen rice for three minutes! It's so easy!
Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish with the rice on the side and enjoy!!
