Beef Caldereta | Kalderetang Baka
My easy way of cooking Beef Caldereta. Loaded with potatoes, carrots and bellpepper.
Ingredients:
1/2 Kg of Beef
2 medium size carrots
2 medium size potatoes
1 Red Bell Pepper
1pc Tomato
1 bulb of Onion
3 clove garlic
Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Liver Spread
Cooking Oil
Black pepper
Procedures:
1) Heat oil in a pan. Fry potatoes, carrots and bellpepper to medium cook. Set aside.
2) Add oil in the same pan and saute the onions, garlic and tomato until cooked.
3) Add beef, stir it occasionaly until lightly brown. Sprinkle black pepper and add soy sauce.
4) Then add tomato sauce, stir until the sauce absorbs with the meat. Add water and bring to a boil.
5) Add liver spread, potato, carrots and bellpepper. Stir to combine until well distributed.
6) Wait for another 2- 3 minutes and ready to serve.
