1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chilies, crushed coriander seeds, crushed pomegranate seeds (if using), ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander, fresh mint leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add Egg:

- Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into flat round patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick). You can moisten your hands with water to prevent sticking while shaping the kababs.

- Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the shaped kababs gently in the pan (you can fry a few at a time, depending on the size of your pan).
5. Fry Until Golden Brown:
