-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder 1/2 tsp
-Cornflour 2 tbsp

-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) julienne cut 1 large
-Shimla mirch (Bell pepper) julienne cut 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Soya sauce 2 tbs
-oyster sauce 2 tbs
-chilli sauce 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 10 to 12
Prepare Egg & Vegetable Fried Rice:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Egg 1
-Gajar (Carrots) cubes ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
-Chawal (Rice) (boiled with salt until 3/4th done)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chilli sauce 1-2 tbs (optional)
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
