Ingredients:
800g beef flank steak (ask your butcher to do the hard work)
1 onion, sliced
200g mushrooms, sliced
200g baby spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
6-8 slices provolone cheese
2 tsp English mustard powder
2 tsp smoked paprika powder
Salt and pepper
Prepare the filling:
1️⃣ Caramelize onions and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté mushrooms until soft, season with salt and pepper, set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté spinach with garlic until wilted, set aside.
Making the beef roulade:
