*INGREDIENTS :
-500 gr tenderloin
-1/2 onion (diced)
-2 spring onions (coarsely sliced)
-3 cloves of garlic (coarsely chopped)
-7 shallots (thinly sliced/chiffonade)
-10 pieces of red bird's eye (sliced)
-6 green cayenne pepper (sliced)
-1 tbsp margarine
-1 1/2 tsp sugar
-1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
-2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
-2 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tsp mushroom broth powder
-1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
-1/4 tsp ground pepper
-50 ml of water
-2 tsp Halal Mirin kikoman (substitute cooking wine, this is optional / you can use it, you can not use it)
20 skewers (adjust with size of the beef)
