Ingredients List
Olive Oil or Oil of your choice
1Kg Diced Beef
2 med Onions finely chopped
2 Tbsp Garlic/Ginger Paste
6 Small Green Chillies finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Hot or Extra Hot Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Yellow Mustard seeds
1 Tbsp Madras Curry powder
400g Tin Tomatoes Blended
2 Tsp Tomato Puree
400ml Coconut Milk
Handful Chopped Coriander
2 Tbsp Single Cream
2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
This recipe taste EVEN better the next day, so great for advance cooking of for parties.
PRESSURE COOKER METHOD
Follow the recipe as per the slow method in the video until all ingredients are in pot except the cream and yogurt. Cook 25mins from first hiss of pressure cooker. When cooked add in cream and and yoghurt, stir and reduce down until desired consistency. Taste better once cooled a little.
SLOW COOKER METHOD
Prepare the same as the video on the hob, then transfer to slow cooker. Cook according to your slow cookers instruction time. When cooked, transfer back to the hob and add the cream, yogurt and sugar. Reduce down until desired consistency. Salt to taste. READY!!!
