Ingredients:
Beef Soup Street (Sunji) 250g
540g of radish.
One green onion.
2 spoons of fish sauce.
a spoonful of tuna liquid
1 spoon of sesame oil.
1 spoon of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1. Remove blood from meat.
2. Cut radish into 5mm pieces without being thin.
3. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
4. Add 1 spoon of sesame oil and stir-fry the meat.
5. When the meat is cooked, add 1.8L of water, open the lid on high heat, and boil for 10 minutes. (When boiling, remove the foam that comes up.)
6. Add 2 spoons of fish sauce, 1 spoon of tuna liquid, 1 spoon of garlic, and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
7. Add the green onions and boil for a while. (Add salt to the seasoning.)
