INGREDIENTS :
🔸 1.5 kg of beef
🔸 500 grams of onion
🔸 hot and sweet paprika
🔸 potatoes
🔸 peppers
🔸 parsley
🔸 thyme
RECIPE:
🔹 Cut the beef into larger cubes and season with: oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, dry mixture of spices
🔹 Leave it in the fridge until use, preferably overnight
🔹 Slice 2 onions and fry them briefly
🔹 While the onion is frying, cut the peppers and fry everything together for 5 minutes
🔹 Add meat
🔹 Add hot and sweet pepper, bay leaf and mix everything well
🔹 Let it simmer for 15 minutes. The meat will release its juices
🔹 Add 200 ml of water and simmer for 30 minutes at a low temperature
🔹 Cut the potatoes into smaller cubes and add them to the meat. Add 500 ml of water and simmer for 45 minutes
🔹 Season the stew to taste, if desired, add a little crushed hot pepper or chili
🔹 Add 100 ml of tomato sauce and leave on low heat for about 15 minutes
