Beef Stir Fry Shrimp With Bell Pepper & Cabbage (make 2 big plates)

Ingredients: 295gm beef slices, 3 bell peppers, 1/2 green cabbage head, 9 shrimps, 4 cloves minced garlic
1) To cook beef slices (use 2 minced garlic)
*295 gram beef slices, 1 tbl vegetables oil, 1/4 teaspoon thick soy sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 tsp teaspoon oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon corn starch mix w/ 1/2 tsp water
2) To cook cabbage (use 2 minced garlic)
*2 tbl vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
3) Ingredients to add after tossing in the bell peppers:
*1 tbl oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbl sugar
