fennel seeds 1g 1/2 teaspoon
water 1.5-2kg 6-8 cups
(use 2kg if making soup dumplings, otherwise use 1.5kg)
big green onion white part 70g ginger 1 piece
salt 4g 1/2 teaspoon
spicy and sour sauce:
garlic 2 cloves
regular soy sauce 15g 1 tablespoon
vinegar 30g 2 tablespoons
sugar 3g 1/2 teaspoon
