Nice looking Beetle Frank! Glad you figured it out! I always find when building a car you might as well replace every piece of the brakes and start from scratch. I also use silicone brake fluid (as long as it isn't abs). The brakes in my Willis have been in since the early 90's and haven't had to replace any of the hydraulics since. 😎

Liking the beetle . Frank I think it’s a bad master cylinder but good to change rubber hoses especially if they are hard and wheel cylinders . Good luck

@@vwcoco rear hoses are blocked solid. Rubber inside has failed. New master cyl. Front 2 hoses are cracked. And wheel cyls sticking.
