I am not really excited about the 10.6.6 Final Cut Pro version. I also still don't really get the ipad version with monthly payment. Just sharing my thought process on when to switch to another editing software.So Before you Switch check this out.
Full Disclosure: I have been using Davinci Resolve for Color Grading my bigger projects and it's a really good software.
I am kinda disappointed to see the direction where Apple is going with Final Cut Pro. But these softwares are just tools and every now and then you should definitely consider using another tool.
