This video is a recap of Week 2 Lesson 2 of my online session with a group of high schoolers.
In this video I build an a 4 move sequence ideal for the novice or beginner Capoeirista or someone looking for a Capoeira style workout. Don't forget the key to improvement is repetition. If your just tuning in to learn the sequence for the first time make sure to press pause and get confident which each movement as they are explained before attempting to combine and execute the full sequence. I would also recommend learning 'Ginga' and 'Beginner Capoeira Lesson 1' in my earlier videos before learning this sequence.
