Thank you for making this video! I just bought my first acrylic kit and did one hand but after I thought, "hmmm, I wonder how I'm gonna get these off when I want to change them?" This is this first detailed acrylic removal video I've seen and it answered all my questions💜

Thank you so much for sharing I really like the idea of the polish scraper because every time I put my fingers in the bowl to soak them off by the time I get to the second or third nail it’s already dried up and I got a put them back in again so that looks like it would be a great idea and I will have to get this tool

I’d highly recommend using the bowls with the compartments at the bottom and fill with hot water. It makes the acetone work a little faster and a lot more comfortable to soak off in. The feeling of straight up acetone on your fingers/nails is god awful IMO. Also if you want it to be less drying you can add a little bit of coconut oil. I personally use dip powder and it soaks off a lot easier and faster from my experience. I use the baggie method for removal and it takes me 7-10 min to soak off BOTH hands 🤗 No need to file in between which lessens the chance of filing your natural nails.

haha OMG It was kinda loud on the e filing part but I thought its good to leave it in as hearing the e-file helps so much swell on knowing if you are doing it right et. I am so glad you loved it beauty 🌈✨💜 Have a lovely evening ✨

When using ur handfile to remove product, which side do you use, the 100 or 180? Idk which grit is used for what. Also i have 3 efiles; idk how to tell which grit the sanding bands r. How can u tell? ❤
@ninjanailfairy
Жыл бұрын
100 grit for removing product and 180 when you are closer to the natural nail. 100 grit is more coarse, not used for the natural nail xx

How do you dispose of the acetone in the bowl once you’re finished!?... I’ve always wondered how to dispose of monamer and excess nail related liquids.
@Mirandas_Nail_Creations
4 жыл бұрын
I personally let it evaporate. You’re not supposed to pour down the drain because acetone can ruin drains and pipes.
@ninjanailfairy
4 жыл бұрын
You can either allow to evaporate. But normally I would use paper towel to soak it up and then put it in a bin with a lid. Do not pour down the sink or toilet 💜✨

Thank you for this video! How long does it generally take you to remove a set on somebody? I feel like I take wayyyy to long 😩 I see some nail techs say 15 mins and I just can't do that 😂
@ninjanailfairy
4 жыл бұрын
Marie Egan for me it is normally around 15-20 mins ✨💜 it can be done if all at ages are done efficiently. But don’t ever rush yourself- aslong as the natural nail is taken care of then that’s all that matters really. Xx
