Hey, workout besties!
Today, we'll be doing a 40 minute full body workout using basic equipment at the gym. (This workout can easily be done under 30 minutes if you remove the cardio at the end!)
This workout is perfect for those who are just starting their fitness journey and are wanting to gain confidence and get more comfortable at the gym! We'll target everything from our legs and glutes to back and chest as well.
To easily take this with you to the gym, take screenshots of the workout diagrams included in the video!
While this workout can definitely get you one step closer to your goals, keep in mind that building muscle comes through being consistent with your workouts and nutrition over time.

BEGINNER FULL BODY WORKOUT:
Treadmill | 5 minutes
1) DB Squats | 3x12 reps 5:22
2) DB Split Squats | 3x12 reps/leg 10:17
3) Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns | 3x12 reps 16:22
4) Machine Chest Press | 3x12 reps 21:12
5) Treadmill | 15 minutes at a 8-10% incline
Rest for 1 minute between each set of each exercise, taking longer as you need.
(If you'd like a shorter workout, remove the Treadmill portion at the end of the workout.)
