I run everyday but i only run a mile because i really hate running. So I’ve decided to start doing guided run workouts to find some thing to love and get rid of the daunting feeling that i always have before running . So thank you Sunny for this workout 🙏🏾

STROKE SURVIVOR 35YRS.. Just done this after purchasing a treadmill yesterday😅😅 I wanted to give up half way through but I kept pushing myself and I did it 💪 🙏 lol.. might nit seem much to some people but it was massive for me! Thanks for the video 👏

As a beginner getting back to the workout field your motivation really calm my mind I didn’t know where to start or how many min of warm up , jog & to run I honestly just went for it but now I know. I can’t wait to try it tomorrow morning I honestly feel like this video will help me so much ❤if u believe in all of us then I know for a fact this workout will be a great workout ❤

As a person who is coming back to working out after a really long break, and being a former athlete I get easily bored running on treadmills, I will say time few by in a blink! The 20 min of workout felt like 5! Thank you so much for the workout!!!!

I’m not a runner but one of my goals for 2024 was to be more active and running was the target. My physical resistance is horrible! I can lift weights but cardio is not my best. This video made me believe I can do it! At times I thought I could go faster for longer but I respected the video’s pace and honestly that’s what I needed to not give up. Thank you so much! I’ll be coming back many times ❤

Thank you! Have spina bifeda and prosthetic leg. My body was not made for running. 😁 I can't be heavy its painful. This helps so much with that pain. Important for me to move. Obviously have to modify this. I do it 5xs week love it. This means so much to me I know this video word for word lmao 🤣 Thank you Sam!❤ Also walk with my dog 3 xs a day 1 mile each time.

I’ve just purchased a walking pad I’m nearly 63 and this was so helpful, I suffer with stiff joints and back when I wake and wanted something to get me moving .. I found this so easy to follow … my arms had pins and needles whilst doing it, is that normal? 😊

I can't really run because of my poor stamina. I even lost the will to continue the 2nd interval but you motivated me to finish it. I don't have a treadmill so I was doing it outside. It was fun and had me disciplined! Thankyou for this!

This was a really fantastic workout. I have very little cardiovascular endurance so a lot of beginner workouts are still too challenging for me. This was the perfect blend of gentle and challenging.
