I’m an e-foil instructor 😂 : 1. Always start either on your knees around half way up the board on high buoyancy boards (125 litres +) Or On a low volume board, start on your chest/belly and start the propeller and then transition onto your knees when you’re fast enough. 2. To stand up, both fists where your knees were, and then front foot forward on the centre line, with back leg hips width apart and relax your upper body. 3. Apply front foot pressure to allow the board to aquaplane on the surface of the water and relive the back of the foil of the extra pressure. 4. Once you’ve sped up, apply back foot pressure - wait for the nose to rise - then apply front foot pressure immediately so that the foil doesn’t hit the water. 5. Control the angle of the nose with back and front foot pressure - And Fly!!!

@rydenkaye9735

they're made for wakeboarding, they have some impact resistance but substantially worse safety than paddling lifejackets. some ppl use them for high performance sailboat racing as well which is how I know of them. anyways if you really want low profile for paddling get an inflatable one they're tiny you basically forget you're wearing them, you can put them over winter clothes easily, and they are much safer
