YAY! I'm so excited you've done another beginners tutorial! I have ALL your brushes and a burning desire to letter beautifully, but not a lot of luck yet lol! You really should do LOTS more of these (I mean come on dude, it's not like you have a LIFE or anything BWAHAHAHAHAHA)!! I'm totally Purpcited to tackle this WOOOOOO HOOOOOO 🎉 💃 ‼️ TYTY 💜

Keeping all the strokes on their own layers - GENIUS. I don’t know why that never occurred to me - maybe I’ve been doing pen and paper Blackletter for too long! Also love what you did with the noise! I usually use it as is to create sort of a brushed metal look, but this looks awesome!

Thank you sooo much Adrienne! I'm so happy you found this helpful and fun! I definitely use a lot of layers in my Procreate stuff 😂 It really does make it fun to be able to play around with the lines individually. Sometime it feels like it's harder to make the lines with the iPad! The noise idea ended up being a random discovery one day when I was playing around with those swirl tools (those are so much fun) - I'd love to see your brushed metal look - it sounds amazing!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I totally understand and fully support doing the best you can with the tools you have 😃 Sometimes limitations can even inspire some amazing creativity so I'm sure what you created is awesome! If the pocket version on the iPhone supports masks on layers, you could get the pressure effect by using an airbrush with a grey color and brushing over the areas to fade out. I'd love to hear if it works! 😃
