Another awesome video with so much great information!! I've been making tumblers for a little over a year and I was still able to get some good info! @EmilyMineDesigns
3 жыл бұрын
You don’t have to sand between each layer but it does promote better adhesion. Sanding also isn’t needed when your previous layer is still tacky like with what Jessica does. But be careful with doing that. You need to make sure you mixed and measured properly.

Yay glad I stumbled upon this one! I’m having trouble understanding the sanding of the rim and the bottom though. Just wanting to sand a little bit off the rim so you can see the stainless steel? And I’m confused on how much of the bottom to sand and why? I’m just trying to learn as I want to start :)
@FlynnSistersBoutique
3 жыл бұрын
So just a fine line to expose the stainless around the top rim and around the bottom rim if it’s bumpy and needs smoothing. Sanding the rims will also help your epoxy adhere better there since it tends to pull away from the rims
