I love your site, your energy, (which my 75 yrs needs a boost sometimes,) I live alone and when I’m down you pick me up. Your instructions are excellent, your products and colors I find pleasing. Tunisian crochet is modern and easy. Thank you so much . I would buy things from your sites but I am quite poor. Thank you for being more than just a instruction site. You are much, much more than you know and I know this is not easy to produce. It looks so smooth and professional. I wish you every success and someday you will be extremely successful. It’s very cute that your husband is supportive and around some times. It’s not good these days to include your kids too much but I know you’ve got a full life. Thank you so much! I really appreciate you. You mean more than you can imagine. I’ll post some of the projects I’ve completed when I get the courage. Keep smiling.

My Grama O taught me how to knit and crochet 55 years ago when I would visit her. I bought pattern after pattern and tried countless times to make a simple blanket over the years with not much success. Today with the new title of "founder" and not having to work every day, I discovered your channel on KZitem. Holy Cow, Toni you and Grama O would have meshed wonderfully in your patience and love of all things yarn. Like her, you are a great teacher, but I can replay you over and over again until I get it, day after day. Thank you for picking up where Grama O left off.

I tried FOUR other ribbing tutorials before this one, but I kept somehow missing the correct back loops on my foundation rows. Did this tutorial and surprised myself by having 6 consistent stitches along the entire beanie! Haven't worked the body yet, but grateful for the ribbing tutorial just for that reason.

You are SUCH an excellent teacher, and your tutorials are absolutely wonderful. I love the way you explain things thoroughly, yet without taking up endless time with unnecessary repetitiveness. The editing is flawless, and that is so appreciated. This pattern is really terrific! Now, I just need to find a variegated yarn that's not acrylic, and it's going to be my next project (right after the cap I'm knitting for a friend going through chemo, and then the granny square throw or afghan (depending on how many squares I complete before T'giving) that I'm making for my son and his girlfriend for Christmas! WHEEE! Love your nails, too, by the way! 💅🏽👏😊❤️🧶

Halfway through the body and must say how I appreciate your learning tunisian crochet tutorial is so simple but includes a "complicated" stitch and pattern to make it not repetitive or boring, so I lose interest. The fun stitch is simple enough and the pattern easy enough to count in squares, that it makes it perfect for not losing or picking up extra stitches. I really love the care into the design you took for newbies!

My son was watching this video, as he crochets too, and I couldn't stop watching! I have never tried Tunisian crochet before, but it was so easy (at least this pattern was easy). I have made 2 already! And after 48 years, I have invested in a pom pom maker (just for this project). It was the best pom pom I have ever made. So much easier to tie tightly than the old method. Thank you for your videos. :)

I use buttons for my pompoms too, but I use the poms that have an elastic on them. Then I sew the button inside the hat, and then stretch the elastic over the button. Then all it takes is a hook or a bobby pin to help stretch the elastic back over the button. It works great for when I gift them, because then I can show people how to detach and reattach the pompom.

I knew somewhere there was a pattern I had used for a demo--I am planning on making a blanket similar to Mulberry Afghan for baby (stroller size) but use DK yarn---I had done a swatch and realized this morning that I had only 2 SS between ext. FLDC--and realized an older swatch I had done in worsted had 3 SS and the Mulberry only has 2--and in DK, the 'windows' become more elongated than wide like these. So glad I kept looking. Will now do my swatch and determine how much yarn I need. I'm so glad I found you last year because Tunisian and Overlay mosaic have kept me interested---I'm a 'retired' pro dyer/weaver and now without looms and studio, crochet suits--and your intro to me of Tunisian (and your book) and continued info on it is keeping me interested. Thanks.

Finally I've finished the scarf and the hat! I had to re-do the hat 3 times(!!!) as the for me, 67 stitch simply wasn't enough. I have ended up doing 75, but at the end it worked out fine 9and I also had to learn to keep things fairly loose. It seems this project is all about the good tension, or the lack there of LOL). Now I just have to wait until Sunday to gift the set to my OH for her birthday. :) It was a lovely project, I am considering to re-do it by having the base with solid colours and doing the graph in gradient. That would be interesting. :) Thank you for the lovely pattern. i love your channel!

Thanks! Love your channel. You explain things so well and have the camera angled so your hands and the stitches are clearly seen. I made the Mesa hat 2xs now. 1st time I didn't have Heartland yarn, I had a much thinner yarn and it was off as far as stitch counts but still turned out nice. 2nd time I made it I used both ends of the thin yarn to make it thicker and everything worked perfectly! I also kept my tension looser
