Hi mate, have been really enjoying your recent videos on pullups. Just wondering if you have a warmup routine you do before pullups, or do you just go straight into them? I'm 36 and I find warming up really helps, but I'm just making it up so any tips or a video on warming up would be welcome. Cheers!

The best way to start doing pull ups/chin ups is buy a set of bands and start with the biggest doing 3 sets of 10 then when it starts getting easy go to the next smaller band over time you will be able to transition to body weight. I do the same thing with dips.

Retired Marine, I can no longer do my max of 20 dead hangs because of joint elbow pain, any tips??

Probably don't do full locked elbow dead hangs. It can't be that terrible to have a slight bend in your elbow. It's probably just not always necessary to keep doing fully locked out elbows because yeah they would hurt your elbow joint over time

I would take 2-3 weeks off. I would look into small stabilizers muscles in shoulder. More often than not, elbow pain stems from lack of shoulder stability.
