Ye : those who
ca : and
rattindivā : day and night (night in day is the Pali order)
yuttā : connected with (takes the locative)
sammāsambuddhasāsane : (sammā + sambuddha) + sāsane, the teaching of the Completely
Enlightened One

nibbāpenti : they extinguish, they blow out
rāgaggiṃ : (rāgassa aggiṃ) the fire of lust
niccaṃ : constantly
asubhasaññino : (a + subha) + saññino, those who are perceptive of the non-beautiful
dosaggiṃ : (dosassa aggiṃ) the fire of hatred

mettāya : with loving-kindness
