Hey there! First of all good luck with your business! I’m just curious why are you printing so much of these examples, are you sending them to your clients?

Have had any problems using the filaments on the cardboard spools? Got my bambu a month but haven’t gotten to use it yet. Hopefully gonna get set it up to test it out tonight. I use a lot of elegoo filament and they’re on cardboard spools but other youtube channels 3D creators have said the cardboard spools cause issues. Bambu filaments are always sold out so it makes it difficult to use their brand. 🤷🏻♂️

I rarely have issues with my overture rolls. I’ve started putting electrical tape on the edges and that seems to help most of the time. Overture is the only cardboard spools I’ve tried though.

Haha! I was gonna ask the same question! All my cardboard spools are OVERTURE too!

I put tape on my Elegoo rolls and it made it too tall and the lid hit when fully closed. I have been using them bare and, for the most part, they are working OK. I have had 1 retraction problem. I did get some Bambu stuff, and from what I've seen, you can tear the sides off of Elegoo and they will fit right on the Bambu spool. Going to give it a try when I get some emptied.

@@Dave_D. I’ve done that with Overture rolls and it’s worked great! I even made an adapter so the roll doesn’t spin inside!

@@Filmman586 If I recall from videos, the Elegoo centers fit well into the Bambu spool. I THINK the Overture centers are bigger? Which is why you need an adapter (Macy makes some for Overture spools for the AMS lite in her latest video).
