There's a simpler way without wasting both your Attenuators: Osc Mix -> Att 2 Att 2 -> VCF IN VCF1 -> VCA IN VCA as signal output This way att1 is still available for other things, Overdrive and Delay are bypassed. Att2 stops OSc Mix maxing out the VCF which seems to create distortion.

I like this patch and your neutron videos! I will lock further into them! One question, as I usually see you using the output in the front panel im curious for example if you could use the back audio output with this patch you did here (avoiding mainly overdrive and delay in teh same time! Thanks P.D. MAGNIFIQUE! may I ask if you can have multiple outputs in this patch? as for example normal patch to use for a clen neutron + another one for using the overdrive with any external audio in + an extra delay for anothe external audio in ???? Thanks for all your tutorials

Tried many patch configurations with the Neutron, finally I tried to patch it to my intellijel uVCA which gave a phenomenal increase in headroom and gave life to the synth . With the normalled patching, it gave me very interesting sounds modulation wise, but always lacked in tonality compared to my other mono synths. Apart from the very hot overdriven filter from the oscillators, I think that guys at Behringer didn't invest in a quality output VCA stage and the whole gain staging thingy inside the synth has gone into the wild side, so to speak, this synth is a great bargain for the money , if you consider it as seperate modules, but the normalled patch does not quite cut it for me. Just my 2 cents, thanks for the informative video!

Nice, I really need to buy a Neutron. I've been saying that for ages but I should really just get on and do it :D

hehe. yeah. always fun to bring it in and "just works (tm)" - nice utility modules in between and a fat oscillator. Simplicity wins big here.

Go for it, it's quite cheap but really amazing. I don't really like the delay because it cuts the high end, but excepting that, it worth the price

@@ionicamarian352 mate, the crave is a beast. I love using mine. Bought 4 to polychain but never got it working, but they are so much fun to play with.
