Dallas Dance Fitness teachers love to challenge themselves and their dancers to grow by exploring new songs, creating new choreography and inspiring them with new ways to move. One way we do this is to add a new choreo routine every few weeks. This big hit song was all over the radio a few summers ago.
Our teacher Dresha says her personal favorite part about this routine's choreography happens in the chorus: the footwork here is unlike most other pieces of choreography. We move diagonally, laterally and even backwards! There's so much versatility in this small section that it keeps your mind thinking...because dance fitness is the kind of exercise that's for your brain and your body! And that is what makes this number so fun to dance to!
