Basics:
Bring a knee to a 45 degree angle laterally from the body. Dropping your right knee will turn you counter clockwise (left) and dropping a left knee will turn you clockwise (right).
Common mistakes:
Forcefully turning the wrong direction by twisting your torso.
Keys to success
Don’t force a particular direction, allow the wind to generate an input until your mind knows which way the body will turn inside the wind tunnel.
