Made all the reps look easy. It's obvious you've deadlifted much more in the past, form is great. Nice work!

@@grucha3452 I hope so! Best deadlift is 272.5kg and best bench is 150kg! A couple of years ago now...but the plan, is to beat those long term!

@@Wisey_83 just don't rush it and u will get there. slowest progress is the fastest progress with lifting. Moste important is to stay injury free and snail your way up

@@Wisey_83 just went back to gym after 8 years of break. I feel the itch to push iron like in the old days every day. But need to stay humble for joints and tendons.

@@grucha3452 that's it mate! Need to let it happen naturally. It's a big hill, but it is surmountable. You Can touch the bigger weights occasionally, but no point maxing for a long time yet.

@@marciaedwardscrown it's really light, so things look exaggerated I think. My best 5 is 230kg.

@@Wisey_83 definitely. This must just be your warm up sets 😁 as you clearly are an extremely strong young man 💪. Only to be young again 😔

@@marciaedwardscrown I'm actually practicing this lift 5x per week. I really should do a video about what I'm doing 😂. Call 150kg the minimum effort. I injured my back (unrelated to deadlifting), and have been bringing it back to life.
