In a previous video, I mentioned using our 3-in1 (metal slip, brake & shear) machine in your shop to form parts cut on a CNC Mill to sell. Creating parts in aluminium is not only possible on the majority of CNC routers, they can be done by anyone with less expensive tools than most woodshop tools.
This is a short video showing a part being formed and what to think about when designing parts to form and setting them up in the machine.
I know in a lot of videos with the wood workers they use a ton of machines before popping the wood on the CNC and it can be daunting when your starting out. One of these won't break the bank.
It really is a great way to increase your CNC portfolio. Anyone can do this.
