The juicer I am using is a Kuvings. Link for juicer and juice glasses. linktr.ee/haroldleffall Also I forgot to mention the taste. The skin of the watermelon taste similar to cucumber. If you have a ripe watermelon you will barely notice the taste of the rind and skin.

Love that he sprinkles sodium bicarbonate on the skin. It very effective at removinh pesticides, toxins...etc. so you can safely consume the skin.

I just blended my melon gonna add beets next time as well. Hope they help my BP . Down to just one medicine now was on 3 different ones at one time. Had headache and went to the hospital 4xs felt like I was going to die . Stay of the sossa salt oil sugar saturated fats and little or no meat junk poison so called food made in industrial plants eat real food not to much mostly plants is best if you but knew plenty water sleep exercise practice intermittent fasting window 18 6 intermittent fasting window everyday

That's why he cleaned the watermelon with baking soda and water. Let the watermelon sit in the baking soda and water for approximately 15 minutes. Rinse well and dry. All your produce can be cleaned this way to remove the pesticides. Hope this was helpful.😊
