These guy's philosophy is simple, as Bruce Lee himself stated: "I do not fear the man who practices 10,000 kicks one time. I fear the man who practices one kick 10,000 times." Hard work and dedication are what nets success, period. Legends all.

I have always thought that the best bag in the gym was the floor to ceiling ball, you can teach technique easily but timing cannot be taught, and timing is almost everything in a fight.

That's right, timing and distance. I was told that in 1991 as a white belt by my Instructor. I learned it really well even though I had amazing speed. I learned timing and distance by an amazing Instructor. Great to see true Martial Arts in this video.

The bald guy, Pat Johnson is a 9th degree black belt under Chuck Norris and was the captain of the Norris competition team back in the 1960s and 70s. He was also one of the top fight choreographers in Hollywood. Some of his credits include: A Force of One, Mortal Kombat, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Batman & Robin, Showdown in Little Tokyo and the four original Karate Kid movies. He also appeared in Enter the Dragon (lead golf course thug) and in the first three Karate Kid movies (referee). The guy with the beard is married to 1990s forms champion Christine Bannon-Rodriguez and is the head coach for the Paul Mitchell Karate Team.
