İngredients;
- 550 grams of low-fat ground beef
- 2 glasses of fine bulgur
- 2 medium onions (330 grams)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- Quarter bunch of parsley (optional)
Olive oil for cooking
Recipe;
Fine bulgur is wetted with 1 glass of hot water and left for 15-20 minutes. Add fine bulgur, onion (can be grated), minced meat, spices, tomato paste, olive oil and knead thoroughly. (10-15 minutes) Optional parsley is added. It is rested for 15-20 minutes. It is cooked in the oven or in a pan. It is cooked in the oven for 15 minutes, then it is turned over and cooked for 5 more minutes. It is cooked on low heat in the pan. Bon Appetit.
NOTE: It can also be made with minced chicken.
NOTE 2: Cup size water glass 200 ml, tea glass 100 ml
