tips: 1) look at society, study it; being productive and making a decision. responsibility, taking care of your life. remember that society is an ESTJ. try balance in their world, you can always go back to your roots(INFP) when you feel such an ESTJ :) 2)emotional space, self-reflecting time, if not you can become unhealthy and unhappy. how? you create it. draw, paint, art therapy etc. because we value our emotion, else you end up being a raging tornado. 3) I believe you should work to get money, read and learn about making money. find a healthy balance of money. 4)schedule some time to connect with your body. be grateful with your body, to be healthy and happy 5)difficult balance with time spent in ideal vs real. use your extrovert intuition. to become creative and break free sometimes. dont rush to change your reality ideally. self-ideal balance.

You're so cute and so smart. You actually make me accept and appreciate myself so much more! I see myself so much in you, it makes me emotional that people don't 'get' us or even like us and we're really so empathetic and giving and genuine, it's not even funny. I've always felt so different from the world, but that's actually a good thing! Are you HSP as well? Lovely video, take care and keep up the great work. 💖

The INFP personality is so attractive to me. My girlfriend and I are both INFP. I love that we are able to connect with each other on such a deep level and understand each other's deepest needs and desires. We also motivate each other when ever we are feeling down and help each other to achieve what we need to. What I have had to develop is judgement and doing things in a methodical approach as one of us needs to be the responsible one who is aware of their surroundings. I've grown as a male INFP in order to protect her and I'd say that I've adopted traits of an ESFJ or ENFJ.

Also, something I want to say about myself.. I did the Myers Briggs personality test twice and got 2 times INFP, while I'm doing an engineer/electrician education. When I found out that this job wouldn't fit to me, I wanted to change from education immediately and now I'm in search of something that will fit to me (also based on MBTI). I am a guy who recently found out, I'm an INFP. Now, I've gone on a full on research blitz about the INFP personalities especially how they relate to the other personalities and the world (this is how I came Across your videos). I felt the need to express. With the ability to see life in a harmonious way, without ego, to understand it so much that we feel it emotionally is quite a gift. To me this is normal and I struggle with the fact not everyone feels the same way I do about harmony. I just can't understand it. I know why now. Fortunately I'm an optimist. I know that people, will find there way to harmony and love, it may take several hundred years of evolution 😁 but it will happen. In the meantime, it can be draining to feel so much love and harmony, in a world that's not quite ready for that. I do a lot of mediating at work (surprise) and it takes a toll. It's helpful to know. 1. This is a natural ability I have. 2. It's a unique gift but it's not unlimited and depending on how much, what I call unconsciousness, im dealing with drains my well of harmonious, loving perspective. Ok, I've expressed. Thank you for your thoughts on creativity at the end. I felt my inner child. Beautiful.

I’m kinda late to the party, but I want to thank you particularly for that fifth piece of advice. You articulated something that I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to get a handle on for much of my life. I have always handicapped my extroverted intuition as it pertains to my imagination but I saw it as a waste of time and energy, being useless in the “real” world. You have opened my eyes. Tears are running down my cheeks as a write. Thank you.

Great advice as always. Having spent so much time in my head, I have swung the pendulum the other side and am intensely focusing on reality, or else as INFPs we may risk having no ground to stand upon. I do often go back and forth but I pride myself as a realist too. Any other INFPs relate?

Hi Lola. I hope you're doing fine. You seem very uneasy and restless in your recent videos. Sending you a big hug! :-) Watching your videos I am often being reminded of myself, especially of how I was in my 20s. It took me a long time to figure out good strategies and the right mind-set to make myself feel better in this world. It's still not super easy now that I am in my 30s, but it got a lot better and I found more peace with(in) myself. Accepting that I am never truly in control of anything played a big role in it, and light therapy and yoga practices worked its wonders too. Keep up your insightful videos and all the best on your work goals!

Girl. You are amazing. Can't believe everything you say..Its so wise and true and excactly what I need to do in my life to survive 'reality.' ;) It's so special to see there is another person like me. I really, really recognise the thing if you talk and suddenly there are 200 thoughts that pop up in your head and you're destracted by your own thoughts. I just see happen with you what happens to me all the time. I think you deserve compliments for just doing your videos anyway and also for catching up so quickly with what you actually were saying. That is really tough. "BREAK FREE FROM REALITY" Beautiful spoken. I was busy watching your videos like one year ago about ADD, and then already loved you. But back then I had never heard about INFP. Now I appear to be one and suddenly you pop up again on my youtube with your INFP video. Its so weird! Now I understand even more why I recognise everything from myself in you. Thank you for sharing. Lots of love from Amsterdam.

Hi Penelope. I like your video, but I want to address your first piece of advice. I think that extraverted thinking is something best used sparingly and with cautiousness. I have to do that at work at times, but we have to be careful not to let that take too much control over ourselves. I agree that it helps to be in touch with our bodies, and this is sort of where introverted sensing can play a healthy role. Generally, I strive to eat pretty healthily, and I exercise at least a couple of times a week. It can become a healthy routine to help balance us out. Also, I think it's important to connect with close friends. Personally, I connect best with other NFs, and I have a life coach who is an ENFJ. Please be well.

Growd up in an ESTJ world, you know, and you start to think like it seems that your probably greatest abilities and the things that are your core wouldn't be usefull or at the same worth..... But just now I rediscovered it and I finally saw it again: Never tell me again that creative stuff like art wouldn't be useful or that they would be worthless. Because look at this, I saw that people enjoy it! It is there for just to enjoy, to enjoy it together and it brings people together. And this is worthful. this is great. this is wonderful. And never tell me again I should stop dreaming or to hide my feelings. Because these are my abilities and instrument for doing it and for life. And it is great! So, in some way, still feeling the Need of bringing this creative stuff of the Ne in this world, in reality. And trough this way of artistic Things it is possible and it is worth a lot. And more, it even helps people. :)

Well, your facial expression, hands movements, and the way you look around. These traits are more precise than MBTI tests, because they are relative to the use of your dominant/auxiliary cognitive functions. It's not at all an ESTJ wold since ESTJ are only 14% of the population. The reason who ESTJ are an not easy for INFP is because of a few fold answer. ESTJ are attracted to INFP; INFP and ESTJ are conflict relations so they naturally bother INFP
