Bay leaves 3nos
Cardamom 10nos
Cinnamon 3nos
Dry lemon 2nos
Cloves 8nos
Salt 7 tsp
Arabic masala 2 tsp

Cook for 1 hour on medium heat
For Gravy

Cooking oil 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cinnamon sticks 2nos
Cardamom 4nos
Bay leaves 2nos
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Onion sliced 4 large
Ginger and garlic 2 tbsp
Tomato 3 large
Coriander powder 2 tsp

Chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water 2 cups
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
For Rice boil

Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 mins)
Green cardamom 6nos
Black cardamom 2nos
Cinnamon sticks 3nos
Cloves 10nos
Salt 7 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
For Rice Layer

Fried onion
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
Yellow food (optional) colour with rose water mixed

Green chillies 5nos
Cover aluminium foil and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat
For Laham Face Grease Mixture

Yellow food (optional if you don't like) colour with rose water mixed
heat oven 180° degree
cook for 15-20 mins
For Chickpeas Masala
------------------------
Ghee 1/4 cup
Rainins 1/2 cup
Boiled chana dal (split chickpeas)
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat
