I need an all around, 4 day a week upper body workout routine. My rest days are Wednesday and Sunday, but I'll still do at least cardio using a hand bike on these days. I'd appreciate any suggestions. I'm a paralyzed Disabled Veteran in a nursing home dealing with nursing home neglect and I'm trying to get out of here.

You know what I think makes the young ladies think you’re cute? (Besides the fact that you are) It’s your sincerity, energy and positive attitude that shine through! I see your life and career taking you far, as you seem very strong in your core. Plus I’ve just been binging SCI new treatments & inventions like the epidural SCI spine stimulator. I’ll be asking my Neuro about it when I see him tomorrow for my 1/2 year appt. I wonder if it’s too late for a 64 year old? I’m a T 5/6, but not much core strength. I live alone so I’m in my wc lots. But I can walk about 20 ft with a cane and 50’ with a Walker. You’ve got a lot of energy to put to good use to help others. I’m glad you started these info videos which I think young peeps will really resonate with you. God bless you!

You know, I can't tell you how many times I've done this if I have a appointment in the am. I just make sure I iron them well and throw them in a dryer with a fabric sheet wo they will smell fresh. Then I sleep on clean sheets.
