Ingredients For Yakhni Pulao Recipe:
Beef Boneless - 750 grams
Bone - 1/2 pieces
Salt - to taste
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 4 to 6 cloves
Black peppercorns - 12 to 15
Water - 1.5 liters
Rice - 2 cups (washed and soaked for 20-30 minutes)
Oil - 4 tbsp
Onions - 2 sliced
bay leaf - 2
Black cardamom - 2
Green cardamoms - 3
Star anise - 2
cloves - 4 to 6
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Green chilies - 2 to 3
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
